Every completed booking generates a transaction record. Clients receive an invoice as confirmation of their order and for their own records.

We retain your project information and specifications for the duration of your booking and for 14 business days after delivery. During this window, you may request a copy of your data at any time.

After 28 days:

By the 28th day following project completion, all personal data is permanently deleted from our systems, with the exception of your name and email address. We retain these solely to notify you of relevant services or promotions. To remove yourself from future communications, reply “UNSUBSCRIBE” to any email or contact us directly at info@teampicpros.com.
